The ideal candidate demonstrates problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities Perform maintenance functions including repairs in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision. Plan and execute projects while providing accurate cost estimates under guidance of the maintenance supervisor. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth operations. Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Support installation of new equipment and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements At least 2 years of related mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of electrical circuit troubleshooting, PLC, electronics, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams. Mechanical Journeyman or Technical/Vocational Certificate preferred.
