We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Wichita Falls as an Airflow Operator. In this role, you will operate and perform TPMs on airflow equipment to meet P&W's quality standards while maintaining all EH&S regulations. This position will support the site to repair the hot sections of our engines.

The person in this role will train on our 1st or 2nd shift for up to 6 months. Upon completion of training, you will work on our Alternate Work Week shift, which is Friday-Sunday from 5am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calibrate and operate airflow equipment
• Adjusting of airfoils to meet requirements
• Perform TPM and minor maintenance on airflow equipment
• Material handling
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Read & follow work instructions and supporting documentation
• Participate in all appropriate CORE (formally known as ACE) activities

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous OEM/Aviation experience
• Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

This role is:

• Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
