As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly while documenting observations. What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter; document observations and report maintenance or access concerns to site contacts. Monitor access points and authorized entry procedures, assist with visitor directions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through presence and policy enforcement. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and write clear incident reports. Perform routine security-related checks such as door and gate status, lighting observations, and alarm panel indications when applicable; communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
