MLT Qualifications: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field. Certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred. MLT Responsibilities: Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and other specimen analyses. Accurately record and report test results to healthcare providers.
