Janitor/Cleaner
Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Janitor/Cleaner, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the daily cleanliness and safety of the premises. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Brooksville, FL
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual tools and powered floor-cleaning machines.
- Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning products to ensure availability.

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
