Dermatology Physician

Dermatologist - Medina, Wadsworth, and Wooster, Ohio $575,000 Base Salary + Bonus We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a well-established, family-owned dermatology practice serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity created due to continued practice growth.The incoming Dermatologist will join an established team of physicians and advanced practice.Not required to work at all locations. Position Highlights General Dermatology with the opportunity to provide cosmetic services Full-time, 5 days per week Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday hours vary Work alongside an established team of physicians and APPs Dedicated medical assistant, scribe and support staff Strong administrative team handling operational and practice logistics Excellent opportunity to join an established organization experiencing continued growth Practice places a strong emphasis on physician support and work-life balance Clinical Services The practice provides comprehensive treatment for a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, bacterial and fungal infections, rosacea, nail disorders, hair disorders, hives and other skin conditions .Cosmetic and aesthetic services include anti-aging treatments, facial and laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, hand rejuvenation, lip enhancement, spider vein treatment and other advanced aesthetic procedures . Compensation & Benefits Full-Time (5 days a week) Base Salary: $575,000 Must see a minimum of 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.5 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.5 million until the year ends. 4 Days a week Base Salary: $540,000 Must see a minimum of 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.25 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.25 million until the year ends.
