They are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager toleadmaintenanceoperationsat theirfacilityin Columbia, SC . Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while fostering a hands-on, lead-by-example culture Oversee daily maintenance activities, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management Develop, implement, and improvepreventative and predictivemaintenanceprogramstoreducedowntime and improveequipmentreliability Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automationsystems Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtimetrends, and equipmentperformancedatatodrivecontinuousimprovement initiatives Utilize CMMS systems and maintenancedataforplanning, tracking, and decision-making Manage spare partsinventory, vendorrelationships, and procurementprocessestoensurecriticalcomponentsareavailable Lead root causeanalysisefforts and implement long-term correctiveactionstopreventrecurringfailures Support capitalprojects, equipmentupgrades, and processimprovement initiatives Ensurecompliancewith OSHA regulations, safetystandards, and companypolicieswhilepromoting a strong safetyculture Maintainmaintenancerecords, workorders, and compliancedocumentation Drive 5S, leanmanufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives acrossthemaintenancefunction Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, orrelatedfieldpreferred; equivalentexperienceconsidered 5+ yearsofmaintenanceleadershipexperiencewithinmanufacturing, industrial, orprocessingenvironments Strong hands‑on experiencewithmechanical and electricaltroubleshooting Experience managingpreventativemaintenanceprograms and CMMS systems Proven abilitytoanalyzedata, identifytrends, and implementmeasurableimprovements Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safetystandards, and maintenancebestpractices Experience withleanmanufacturing and continuousimprovementmethodologiespreferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Experience with spare partsinventorymanagement and equipmentreliabilitystrategiespreferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Why join Growth Opportunity: Opportunity to grow into an Operations Management role within the company over time, depending on performance and interest. 401(k) with matching Health, Life, Vision, and Dental insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Expert Connections
