Job Description
Job Title: Lead .NET Core Developer with Retail Banking
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Interview: Video
Experience: 14+ years (Not less than 14 years)
Visa: Focus on getting H1B, H4EAD, USC || Secondary focus GC, GCEAD,
Mandates: Banking Domain with Retail Banking Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL).
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable .NET Core applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Drive application modernization and migration from legacy .NET Framework to .NET 8/9.
- Design and develop solutions supporting money movement/payment processing platforms.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.
- Promote engineering best practices including Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Required Skills
- Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and architectural discussions.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
