Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Compliance: Analyze marketing materials, legal documents, and regulatory submissions to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, regulatory affairs, marketing, and product development teams to maintain regulatory compliance and legal integrity.
Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide timely, strategic advice on legal and regulatory issues affecting content creation, development, and distribution.
Research & Insights: Stay informed on evolving legal and regulatory requirements within the medical and health sectors to keep the company ahead of industry changes.
Internal Engagement: Participate in meetings, offering legal insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions.

Qualifications

Legal Experience: Background in law with expertise in regulatory affairs, particularly in the medical, health, or related industries.
Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing medical and health products.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Startup Mindset: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working independently.
Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
