Job responsibilities:

• Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels.
• Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
• Monitor for potential medication interactions or dosing concerns and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide general medication information to clinical teams within scope and policy.
