Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour + bonuses We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. We are family owned and operated and continue to support our community with our family tradition of honesty, quality, and value.Benefits: Medical 70% paid for employee Dental insuranceVision insurancePaid vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours3 Paid Sick days (24 hours)401K 6 Paid holidaysCompany vehicle / uniform / phoneWhat You Will Be Doing: Residential retrofit/changeout installations Excellent customer service Supervise the work of other installersStart up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing unitsMaintaining high-quality and time job performanceQualifications / Skills:2 + years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience EPA Universal CertificationAbility to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire dateBasic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Able to size and draw duct work correctly Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagramsHigh school diploma or its equivalentValid driver's license & insurable driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
