No extensive telecom experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in construction, warehouse operations, electrical work, military service, general labor, or any hands-on role, we want to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working inside modern data center environments while learning valuable skills in low-voltage cabling, infrastructure installation, and technology deployments.
What You'll Be Doing As a Data Center Installation Technician, you'll assist with the installation and buildout of critical infrastructure inside a data center environment.
Responsibilities include:

* Pulling and routing network and low-voltage cabling
* Installing and securing equipment racks and cabinets
* Stacking, aligning, and drilling racks together
* Labeling cables, ports, and equipment according to project standards
* Assisting with hardware installation and infrastructure buildouts
* Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Following project drawings, instructions, and installation guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Working alongside experienced technicians and learning industry best practices
* Adhering to all safety procedures and site requirements

* Experience using drills, impact drivers, and other power tools
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
* Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
* Comfortable working in active construction and data center environments
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
