How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary care as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless, well-rounded patient recovery plans .

• Implement and monitor customized care plans , tracking patient conditions to proactively communicate updates and ensure optimal outcomes .

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care in strict alignment with organization protocols to champion patient safety and recovery .

• Execute medical orders precisely by accurately carrying out physician and nursing directives to advance patient health .

• Assess and drive discharge planning collaboratively with the healthcare team to prepare patients for a safe, successful transition home .

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
