Medical Device Driver

Work Flexibility: Onsite Location: 47361 Bayside Pkwy, Fremont, CA Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, required Summary: As a Medical Device Driver, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers. What You Will Do: Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule delivery of products, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up/return of loaner sets; address customer inquiries and direct to appropriate branch personnel. Arrange merchandise for transport and at customer locations; read maps and route configurations for efficient delivery. Perform safety inspections in transportation settings and ensure proper loading, unloading, and stacking of materials. Create and/or review lists of deliveries and pick-ups, record transactions and issues on customer receipts. Provide customer service during transportation; field customer complaints and communicate with branch team members as needed. Perform and/or schedule preventative and minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, maintaining accurate records. Advise supervisor on required repairs or extensive maintenance for company vehicle. Maintain accurate inventory records, track warehouse inventory, conduct cycle counting, and optimize inventory utilization. What You Need: Required: Valid Driver’s license with good driving record and no restrictions Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed Preferred: Warehouse/Inventory Control experience High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year relevant work experience Driver/courier experience in a customer-facing environment $28.75 per hour plus bonus eligible and benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
