Call Center Manager

$30–$40 per hour | Full-Time | Tukwila, WA | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Luxury Bath of Seattle is a growing bath remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in high-quality acrylic bath and shower solutions designed to provide homeowners with stylish, low-maintenance, cost-effective remodeling options.

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our call center team and help drive appointment volume, lead quality, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage people, improve call-center performance, and hold a team accountable to measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Call Center Representatives
• Hire and train new call center employees
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing coaching
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments
• Manage inbound customer calls and outbound follow-up calls
• Ensure leads are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively
• Manage and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment opportunities
• Monitor call-center activity, appointment-setting performance, and lead conversion
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues
• Maintain high standards for customer service and professionalism
• Establish accountability and ensure weekly and monthly performance goals are met
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, call quality, and overall team performance

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of call center management or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with performance metrics, quotas, and goals
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong xhyhwjd attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
