RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Body Shop Manager with daily operations and workflow Help coordinate repair schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time Assist with estimating, repair orders and insurance-related processes Monitor repair quality and ensure work meets company standards Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, insurance companies and vendors Help manage and support body shop staff Assist with maintaining productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals Help maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Support the Body Shop Manager with administrative and operational duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating is preferred Professional attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license BENEFITS: Up to $8,000 per month based on experience and performance Medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution Paid vacation, holidays and sick leave Health savings plan Discounts on vehicles, service and more Positive and professional team environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Family-owned and operated #J-18808-Ljbffr
