Accounting Support Specialist

In this role, you will support the Accounting Department with a variety of administrative and financial support functions, including: Reconcile and record daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable activity Prepare month-end accounts receivable reports and related documentation Research and respond to customer credit card chargeback inquiries Maintain accurate records, files, and supporting documentation Generate, update, and manage Excel-based reports, spreadsheets, and data tracking tools Assist with internal communications, information requests, and follow-up activities Work independently while meeting departmental goals, deadlines, and quality standards Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned Requirements What We Are Looking For: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reporting Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Previous accounting support, accounts receivable, or administrative experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage of $24 per hour, with consideration for experience Paid time off (PTO) that begins accruing from day one.
