Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role located in Coon Rapids, MN. The Commission Sales Associate will actively prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, local networking, and community engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with property owners, conducting initial roof and exterior inspections, explaining storm damage services, and presenting tailored proposals. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production. The Commission Sales Associate will represent Pro24 in a professional manner, provide consistent communication to clients, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing techniques, preferably in construction, roofing, or home services. Strong customer service and communication abilities, with skill in building trust, explaining technical information clearly, and handling objections professionally. Basic understanding of roofing, exterior construction, or storm damage assessment, or willingness to learn and apply technical product knowledge. Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups, with attention to detail in documentation. Comfort with on-site work that may include climbing ladders, walking roofs where safe and permitted, and working in varying weather conditions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the project and office teams. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to travel within the local area for client visits and canvassing. Basic proficiency with smartphones, email, and CRM or sales-tracking tools; ability to learn company systems quickly.
