About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead its enterprise-wide growth strategy and lead a diverse range of functions including sales, marketing, center development, contracting, public policy, and payor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive team, as well as identifying and evaluating new markets, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling organizations, a strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics, and the ability to align multiple functions around common growth objectives. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare services, with a focus on growth, development, and strategy. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in enterprise growth initiatives, particularly within multi-site healthcare organizations. Experience in de novo expansion, market selection, and customer acquisition is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payor dynamics, and referral channels. A background in private equity-backed or high-growth healthcare environments is preferred, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The Chief Growth Officer will also be expected to have exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and build alignment across the organization.
