Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: 100 Nagog Park Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Friday to Sunday 6am – 6:30pm

Pay Rate: $24.29/hr on W2.

Job Summary:
Seeking a Receiver/Warehouse Operator to support material receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations at a medical device manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will accurately receive, inspect, store, and track materials while following FDA, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
Enter and maintain inventory transactions in SAP ERP.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
Organize and label materials in designated storage areas.
Stage materials for quality inspection and support internal material requests.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate documentation.
Follow all company quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred (training and certification required).
Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods.
