Dental Assistant Oak Grove Dental Care is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday/Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday 6:30am-5:00pm, and Wednesday 9:30am-7:00pm; enjoy a four day work week! Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Our beautiful office is located near the Red Lobster and across the Jack in the Box off of West Craig Road We are a connected and easy-going team What our team is looking for: 2-3 years of chairside dental assisting experience, iddeally with crowns, fillings, extractions, and endodontics. Dentrix or other dental software experience Experience with the iTero or another 3D scanner Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Professional, personable, and good with patients Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
