Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity – Lake Oswego, Oregon
Lake Oswego, OR | Home Health (HH) | 13 Weeks | Up to $3,050/week
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel contract in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and exploring the Pacific Northwest while working in a highly desirable Portland-area community.
Assignment Details:
- Home Health setting
- 13-week contract
- Full-time schedule
- Adult/Geriatric patient population
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
- Focus on functional mobility, gait training, balance, fall prevention, and home safety
- OASIS and Home Health experience preferred but not required for all opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement available
- Supportive clinical team and orientation provided
