PRN Physical Therapist for Senior Living | ESOP Team

Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our employee‑owned team at Hearthwood Senior Living in Bartlett, IL. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, increase strength, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists. Hold a valid or pending state license. Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus. Why work for us?
