This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in inventory management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity. Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving. Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate. Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations. Qualifications Warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce. Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment. Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization. Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
