- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers with shipping, packing, mailing, and package drop-off services.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Promote and sell store services, including shipping, mailbox rentals, printing, shredding, and packing supplies.
- Assist customers with printing projects, including business cards, flyers, posters, and other documents.
- Handle Amazon and other authorized retailer returns according to store procedures.
- Prepare packages for shipment, select appropriate packing materials, and help ensure packages are properly packed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer questions, and assist with routine administrative tasks.
- Follow company procedures for handling packages, customer information, and payments.
- Support daily store operations and help achieve sales goals.
