Earn a competitive hourly wage of $21 to $32 while building valuable field experience alongside a crew focused on quality concrete placement, finishing, and site productivity. Assist with concrete forming, placement, pouring, spreading, and finishing for reinforced concrete and general construction projects. Operate and support the safe use of skid loaders, power trowels, hand tools, and other equipment used in concrete. Help prepare job sites by moving materials, setting forms, cleaning work areas, and supporting efficient daily crew operations. Read and follow construction drawings, blueprints, layout information, and supervisor direction to deliver accurate results. You bring practical experience with concrete work, including forming, placement, finishing, or related construction labor duties. You are physically prepared for outdoor, hands on work that may include lifting, standing, bending, and working around construction materials and equipment. You can understand basic blueprints and construction drawings and use them to support accurate work in the field. You are dependable, safety conscious, and committed to showing up ready to support the crew and project schedule. Experience in commercial construction, civil construction, or residential construction will help you make an immediate impact. Familiarity with reinforced concrete, concrete design, take offs, submittals, or structural steel framework is valued. Previous experience as a concrete finisher, concrete laborer, construction worker, paving laborer, or equipment operator is a strong advantage. This position pays $21 to $32 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
