Trueline's client, one of the nation's largest and most established family law practices, is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their Little Rock, AR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants meaningful client responsibility, regular courtroom exposure, a flexible hybrid lifestyle, and a compensation model that provides high performers with the ability to earn meaningfully beyond base salary. **THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE! 2 days onsite required ***Must be barred and in good standing in Arkansas What You'll Do as the Litigation Family Law Attorney: Manage divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related domestic relations cases Own matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, hearings, mediation, and trial Advocate for clients in Arkansas courts Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement documents, and related filings Counsel clients through complex legal and personal decisions Negotiate effectively while maintaining readiness to litigate when appropriate Maintain proactive client communication and establish clear expectations throughout each matter Work with an established network of attorneys and support professionals Must-Haves as the Litigation Family Law Attorney: Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines Strong written and verbal advocacy skills Comfort appearing in court and handling contested matters Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability Organization, responsiveness, and professional judgment Nice-to-Haves as the Litigation Family Law Attorney: Family law or domestic relations experience Divorce, custody, child support, or related litigation experience Trial and evidentiary hearing experience Familiarity with Little Rock and surrounding courts Experience carrying an independent litigation caseload Our Client Offers: Base salary of $81,900-$147,300, depending on experience Structured production-based attorney bonus program offering additional earning potential beyond base compensation Bonus opportunities beginning after exceeding 750 billed hours during a half-year Progressive incentive tiers that reward higher production, reaching up to 40% of applicable revenue generated within the highest qualifying tier, subject to realization requirements Flexible hybrid work structure supporting both professional collaboration and work-life flexibility HDHP and PPO medical plan options HSA and FSA options Dental and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance 401(k) savings plan with employer matching Paid time off Wellness Program with the opportunity to potentially earn employer-paid health premiums National resources paired with a local-market litigation practice Opportunity to build substantial courtroom and family law experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
