Production Scheduler

Axelon Services Corporation - - Responsibilities: Generate detailed, short?term production line schedules derived from the site production plan, ensuring clarity and tactical direction for each value stream; Assign daily and weekly work to individual value streams based on labor, equipment availability, and priority requirements; Evaluate and mitigate short-term labor and equipment constraints, escalating issues when needed and adjusting schedules to maintain alignment with delivery commitments and resource plans; Collaborate with Production Supervisors to balance workloads, optimize resource utilization, and ensure schedule attainment; Monitor On-Time to Promise (OTP) and drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) to address delays, disruptions, or schedule deviations
