Job Summary:

Maya Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CHHA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality home care services to clients, including assistance with daily activities, medical care, and companionship
Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique situation
Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided
Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and respect for each client and their family

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 0 years of experience in home care or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
