ABA Behavior Technician

We provide services Mon-Sat 8:30-8:00 pm throughout the Central Coast, Central Valley, and Kern County. Our behavior technicians work part-time with opportunity to grow to full time positions. Job Duties: Our Behavior Technicians are trained to provide and implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, and demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families. This position includes center-based and in-home services in Kern and Santa Maria, with Fresno having in-home based services only. Minimum Requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent Official Transcripts Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
