QA Associate/Analyst 3

Roles/Responsibility:
This position will work with the CRM development team to provide the following Software Testing Services:
- Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
- Create, execute and validate manual functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
- Create, execute and validate automated test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
- Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
- Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team
- Execute performance and accessibility testing
Mandatory Skills:
- 8 Years- Experience Testing Complex WebApplications
- 6 years- Microsoft Service Dynamics 365
- 6 Years Expertise in SQL
- 4 Years Experience with JMeter/WAPT Pro or other Load Testing tool
- 4 Years Automation Experience with Java and TestNG
- 3 Years Experience with Playwright
- 2 Years Experience with GitHub Copilot Skills
Desirable Skills:
- 4 years- Previous experience with Zypher Scale preferred
- 4 years- Previous experience with Jira preferred
- 4 years- Power BI
