About The Role

Join Restoration 1 of Beaumont as a Mitigation Manager, where you will lead our dedicated team in providing top-notch restoration services. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mitigation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site assessments and develop mitigation plans tailored to client needs.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques in restoration.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in restoration technology.
• Manage on call schedule
• Produce mitigation estimate
• On call required

Requirements

• Proven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
