Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate , you will be the face of Schutz, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience that reflects our brand's values. You will work alongside a dedicated team to elevate store performance, foster customer relationships, and showcase our luxurious, trend-forward products. Your role is to make every client feel special, ensuring they leave with not only a great purchase but a memorable brand experience. Your energy and knowledge will be instrumental in driving sales and growing the clientele base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service

• Inventory & Shipment Support

  Actively participate in the receipt and organization of new stock, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.

  
  

• Team Collaboration

  Communicate effectively with peers, management, and corporate to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere.

  
  

• Flexible Availability

  Be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the store's needs.

  
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A passion for fashion with a deep knowledge of current trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and make them feel at home.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required – we are looking for people who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.

• Must be flexible and able to accommodate a dynamic schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
