Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right vehicle
• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic
• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

Ideal Sales Representative Candidates:

• Prior Automotive Sales Experience is a PLUS!
• Prior SALES Experience in ANY INDUSTRY is Required! (If you do not have any Auto Sales experience, we will TEACH YOU !)
• Must Be at Least 19 Years of Age
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales, Closing, Upselling skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Punctual, Reliable, Motivated
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Team Player
• Must have a Professional Demeanor
• E-Leads, DealerTrack, DealerLink, or any auto software or CRM Experience/Knowledge is a PLUS!
