Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will enjoy a consistent schedule that allows for a work-life balance while engaging in meaningful patient interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, followed by the development of personalized rehabilitation plans.Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy techniques and innovative exercise regimens to address individual patient needs.Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving goals and outcomes.Educate patients on techniques for preventing injuries and enhancing their health, thereby reducing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to track progress and document treatment plans.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on a diverse patient population seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders, ensuring that each patient receives the tailored care they need to recover efficiently and effectively. Your empathetic approach will help establish trust, crucial for motivating patients through challenging phases of their rehabilitation process.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant field, preferably within outpatient orthopedic settings.Preferred ExperienceMaster's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Experience in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical records systems like WebPT.A demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
