Job Overview Customer Service Engineer 1 in Columbus, OH. Performing technical tasks to service and maintain Siemens healthcare systems. Shift Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5 pm. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites. Deliver timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance. Manage financial performance within territory, meeting revenue, expense and inventory targets. Maintain company assets including vehicle, phone, computer, tools and inventory parts. Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately. Qualifications Knowledge and experience performing service and preventive maintenance of medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in tools, service test equipment and network applications (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website). 1+ year experience as medical technologist or field service engineer for diagnostic instruments. Valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to drive day and night. High school diploma (technical Associate’s preferred). Physical ability to lift 50 lb, work on ladders, lift, bend, twist, stand, and perform fine manipulation. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $50,210 – $69,036, depending on geography, skills, education and experience.
