Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. This role supports both long-term care residents and rehabilitation patients working toward recovery goals.
