As a neonatal nurse, you will be part of an acute care setting and work with advanced medical environments in a Level IV NICU. Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Perform assessments of neonates and manage medical interventions
• Administer intravenous medications and maintain IV lines
• Provide care for ventilated infants and support with CPAP use
• Monitor and titrate critical drips under physician's orders
• Collaborate with neonatologists and a multi-disciplinary team
• Document patient care using EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Valid RN license
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 NICU or higher
• Proficient in neonate assessment and IV administration
• Experience with ventilator and CPAP care preferred
