Sr. Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work in a hybrid role that will partially be onsite at our client's facility in either Houston (Spring), Texas or Austin, Texas. This position will driving one of this client's software products through the FedRAMP certification process.

Responsibilities include:

Develop, maintain, and drive execution of an integrated FedRAMP program plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking

Coordinate multiple concurrent FedRAMP workstreams across security, infrastructure, application, operations, and compliance teams

Coordinate SOW delivery with third-party partners (Coalfire, Amazon)

Act as the central point of coordination across internal HP stakeholders and external partners

Facilitate working sessions, readiness reviews, and issue resolution forums to ensure alignment and timely execution

Track progress against FedRAMP authorization requirements as applicable

Coordinate development and readiness of required artifacts

Support audit and assessment readiness activities

Provide regular program status updates summarizing progress, risks, dependencies, and decision needs

Prepare executive ready summaries for leadership reviews and governance forums

Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave as required by the applicable law of the worksite location.
