HR Administrative Assistant Reference Number: 406019 Published Date: 08/04/2026 Job Type: Permanent Industry: Architecture and Engineering Hours: Full Time Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant (Bilingual, Spanish/ English) Location: Reidsville, North Carolina Shift: 1st shift, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Will work 1 Saturday every month - paid at time and a half Pay Range: $23/ hr - $26/ hr Full-time/ Salariedrole but paid at an hourly rate (paychecks every week) *Bonus eligible and OT is paid at time and a half What's the Job? Assist in coordinating HR activities and administrative processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation Provide exceptional support to HR team members and company staff What's Needed? Bilingual, Spanish/ English required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred What's in it for me?
