Description We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Responsibilities • Provide legal counsel and analyze client needs to identify solutions and determine case strategies;
• Manage case managers and legal assistants in connection with keeping track of case progression;
• Draft correspondence and review demands;
• Message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying;
• Negotiate the best outcome for clients;
• Perform legal research. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction;
• Prior experience working for a plaintiff personal injury law firm for a minimum of 2 years is required ;
• Prior experience negotiating personal injury claims required;
• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must;
• Must be able to understand medical records and medical treatment;
• Must understand the nuances in commercial cases;
• Must be able to do legal research for complex issues;
• Must be able to handle a docket with minimal supervision;
• Must be able to effectively manage a team of legal assistants.
