Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout the course of treatment
• Must present a state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
