Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Marlborough, MA

Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
New graduates welcome to apply
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, stand, and move quickly to assist patients
