We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional, comprehensive care in the field of head and neck surgery. While fellowship training is not mandatory, experience in endocrine surgery is advantageous.

What You Can Expect

• Teaching responsibilities in the area of head and neck surgery.

• Convenient hospital layout , with operating rooms, clinics, and inpatient units situated close together to enhance collaboration among head and neck surgery colleagues.

• A diverse team of head and neck surgery partners , including general surgeons and specialists in neurotology, laryngology, rhinology, facial plastics, gender-affirming care, and cancer surgery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $379,500 to $462,800, which is prorated to $341,550 to $416,520 for a 4-day work week. This salary range takes into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
