We are actively seeking experienced MedSurg Registered Nurses (RN) to join the care team at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. This 13-week contract assignment offers immediate start dates, competitive pay, and flexible shift options at one of the premier healthcare systems in the region. Contract & Shift Details • Duration: 13 Weeks • Start Date: ASAP • Shift Availability: o 12-Hour Days o 12-Hour Nights o Day/Night Rotating Shifts • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (3x12s) Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to adult patients with diverse clinical conditions across Sanford’s MedSurg units. • Conduct precise patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and immediately address changes in patient condition. • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely according to physician orders and Sanford Health clinical guidelines. • Coordinate patient care plans, interdisciplinary rounds, admissions, transfers, and discharge planning. • Document all care accurately and in a timely manner utilizing Epic EMR. • Maintain a patient-centered focus, delivering high-quality, compassionate clinical care.
