Role Description The Area Experience Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area. This role oversees multiple offices to ensure a consistent, high-quality client and associate experience, aligning daily operations with H&R Block's service standards and brand expectations. Responsibilities include guiding office leaders, coaching tax professionals and associates, and monitoring performance metrics to drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence. The Area Experience Leader collaborates with local and regional teams to implement training, support promotional activities, and optimize staffing and workflow across the area. This role also involves analyzing business trends, addressing client and associate feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall area experience. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support operational and strategic decisions. Effective communication skills to collaborate with associates, leaders, and clients, and to convey expectations clearly across multiple offices. Sales skills to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through effective promotion of services and client relationship management. Training skills to coach and develop office leaders and associates, support onboarding, and reinforce service and compliance standards. Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, manage stakeholder expectations, and support positive outcomes in client and business discussions. Experience in multi-unit or retail/service operations leadership, preferably in a client-facing or financial services environment. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage change, and maintain high service quality during peak seasonal periods. Proficiency with basic office software and comfort working with performance dashboards and operational systems.
