Minimum Requirements
Associate, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
CPR certification required.
Valid drivers license required. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient per client policy.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Minimum education requirement: Associate degree is acceptable per client guidance.

Facility Type: Home Health.
Shift Name: Evenings.
Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
Schedule: 5x8.
Weekly Hours Guarantee: 40 hours per week.
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No.
Coverage Area: Atlantic County. Candidates should be able to travel to patient homes within the county.
Core responsibilities: evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, provide services within scope of practice.
Required certifications: current physical therapy license, CPR, valid drivers license.
