Construction Attorney

An industry-leading construction law firm is a Complex Litigation attorney to join their nationally recognized group. This associate or counsel-level attorney will join a robust practice group and practice alongside proven leaders.

Details

• $170,000 – 250,000 base salary, plus bonuses (DOE)
• 1950 Hour Billable Target

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex litigation matters, including drafting briefs, motions, and written advocacy for disputes involving high value construction projects
• Conduct analysis of case materials, working closely with subject matter experts to distill complex issues into legal arguments
• Support discovery efforts, drafting requests/responses, and preparation for depositions and hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication in high-stakes disputes

Requirements

• 4+ years relevant experience.
• Bar Admission from at least one state.
• JD from accredited law school.
