Job Description

In this position, you will apply your knowledge and practical skills in the laboratory to precisely test products and materials. You will ensure that all analyses are carried out in accordance with current guidelines. With your careful, quality-conscious, and structured approach, you make an essential contribution to ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Conducting analytical tests in accordance with GxP standards
• Reviewing analytical results in accordance with GxP standards
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable GMP regulations and SOPs in the laboratory
• Ensuring timely, correct, and efficient processing of all assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Completed education or equivalent qualification in the natural sciences, chemistry, or pharmaceutical field
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and professional handling of complex or unclear situations
• Flexible, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
• High communication and teamwork skills, structured working style, and a strong awareness of data integrity and punctuality
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
• High willingness to learn
• Secure handling of digital systems and applications

The base salary for this position consists of the collective bargaining minimum wage of €47,532.24 per year (full-time basis) plus any possible overpayment based on your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies. We are open to part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible working and home office arrangements wherever possible.
