We are seeking a skilled and professional Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team of real estate experts. In this role, you will advise and support clients throughout every stage of the home-buying journey. From engaging with pre-qualified leads and scheduling property showings to negotiating offers and guiding transactions through closing, you will serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct property showings, host open houses, and arrange buyer consultations for prospective clients.

• Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers (or listing agents) to facilitate smooth, mutually beneficial transactions.

• Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, including budgeting, financing options, and mortgage guidance.

• Reach out to and follow up with pre-qualified and warm leads to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties.

• Prepare and manage essential transaction documents such as buyer representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements, deeds, and lease agreements.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers through consistent communication and personalized service.

• Provide expert advice on local market conditions, trends, and strategic home-buying approaches.

• Support buyers through financing discussions and the offer submission process.

• Negotiate purchase agreements to secure favorable terms and successful outcomes for clients.

• Deliver an exceptional, five-star client experience from initial contact through closing.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups, and remain flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation for client meetings and property showings.

• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

• Maintain a proven record of successful real estate sales.

• Possess solid knowledge of the local real estate market and current housing trends.

• Have at least one year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a related real estate role.

• Hold an active South Carolina Real Estate License.

• Show in-depth familiarity with the Charleston real estate market and surrounding areas.

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

• Proven ability to effectively manage, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions.

• Highly motivated, well-organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

• Available to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
